23rd is build to be a platform that aims to connect the voices of film & visual contemporary artists from Creative East, writers and thinkers of digital alternative storytelling.

Our goal is to unite filmmakers and visual creators with brands, TOGETHER WITH financiers and philanthropists to help create powerful motion pictures and bring them to an audience AS WIDE as possible.

One of 23rd prerogatives is to support young filmmakers through events & workshops but also through a contest designed for producing independent cinema. In the following period we will make an official announcement about rules and regulations.
